There is a problem sometimes when i start up my MBP
It shows something like that in the picture attached
Does anyone know what it means??? What should i do????

Your hard drive is dead or the cable but most likely the drive. Assuming this is a non retina I recommend an SSD to replace it.

That means no bootable system has been found.

Your hard drive has probably died.

Since you did not provide the size, the year and the version of OS X you are using, we can't give you any further help.
 
Yep looks like the hard drive to me they will slow and play up before dying completely. That machine also has a known GPU fault but the symptoms are different.
