I'd appreciate any help that you can offer, this has been driving me nuts!
When I check the "Sync Music" box in the Music tab, certain albums automatically transfer to my iPhone even though neither the Artist nor Album is checked below. No Playlist or Genre is selected, and the songs aren't showing up in the "Manually Added Songs" box.
I've tried unchecking the "Manually manage music and videos" under the Summary tab, and am able to delete the songs that way, but they immediately return when I check the "Sync Music" box again.
I think these were all albums that were purchased on the iPhone, but I can't be sure.
I turned off Auto Purchase on both computer and iPhone, and tried re-syncing....no success. I checked "Manually manage music and videos" and deleted the songs successfully, then unchecked the "Manually manage" box and the songs re-appeared .
I'm also able to delete the songs on the iPhone one by one, but they reappear after sync.
What am I missing? Thanks!
UPDATE: This appears to be a problem with WiFi sync only. When I plugged the iPhone into the computer, the albums appeared under the "Manually Added Songs" and I was able to delete them.
