Hey guys, I tried to go to sys preferences > accounts > login itens to stop iphoto from initialize at start up. It is not even marked at the login panel!!

Do you guys have any idea what's going on?

Have you checked your StartupItems folder too? Do you have any hardware attached that may be prompting iPhoto to open, such as a camera? Also, remember that an app (or item) just has to be present in the Login Items pane for it to open at login. Whether it's checked or not simply determines if it opens up hidden or in full view.
