Can't stop/remove Memory Diag

I installed the memory Diag application.
Now I can't get rid of it.

Its always on and there and there are no controls .
Since it always "On" I can't move it to the trash or delete it.
I get no reply from the company support page.

Click the top right button (looks like 3 parallel lines) inside the memory diag window and choose quit. Then delete from the applications folder or in launchpad.

Best way to FULLY DELETE a program without the need of any additional applications

The last time I had to dig that deep was when
someone "helpfully" installed an antivirus program.
Really appreciate the help.
