Can't stream cloud content to iPad Air

I can't seem to figure out the reason why I can't play videos that I purchased on iTunes that are in the cloud. It will play videos that have been installed onto the iPad Air, but for the videos not on it won't play. I can play them on my old iPad 3, iPhone 5, and MBP, but for some reason won't play on my iPad Air.

Any suggestions?
