iPod touch Can't sync album artwork

I can't get my album artwork to sync for my Ipod.

I click on Get Album Info
Then check Artist and album
Then Get Album Artwork

Then I hit the sync and nothing happens, what am I doing wrong?

You should check the information about name, author, album of the song, all of those information should match the date in iTunes Serve.

I think this has something do with the sync problems that came with iOS5. Have you updated your iPod to the new OS? Did you have this problem before updating?

I've been unable to add album art to any album I've added after the update.


Edit: This issue seems to have been fixed with the new update. All other problems remain though

I'm not sure what you mean by updating my Ipod to the new OS. I always try to keep my Itunes updated if that is what you mean?

Didn't you update your iPod a few weeks ago? It was a major update that probably took you an hour or longer to download and install.

If you did, all you have to do is go to Settings (on the iPod) -> General -> Softare update (needs a wi-fi connection). This will install the latest fix and should take care of the album art problem.

I got no such update.

It's impossible! I get such update notification few days ago. You can connect with iTunes and it will ask you to update.
