Can't sync anything to phone

I decided to restore my iPhone 4S back to iOS 6.1.3 then I updated to iOS 7 beta 1 then to beta 2 via OTA. Afterwards I restored to a iOS 7 backup I did yesterday. I can't seem to sync anything at all from iTunes to my iPhone now. All it shows on iTunes are "5 steps": (1) Waiting for sync to start, (2) Preparing to sync, (3) Syncing contacts, (4) Determining apps to sync. It stops at step 4 and nothing is synced to my phone. Tried restarting both computer and phone and authorizing and deauthorizing computer. None worked. Any ideas what's causing this to happen? Thanks!

I think it's a known issue; happened to a friend of mine.
