Can't sync certain album with iTunes to my iPhone

I just got ... like clockwork by Queens of the stone age and ripped with itunes to my library, 320 kbps mp3. I tried to sync it to my iphone 4s (convert to 128 kbps AAC checked) and I'm being told it is an incompatible file type. I just ripped 2 other cd's after this and I didn't get this error. Any thoughts? BTW, I am using Itunes 11.0.4 with OSX 10.6.8.
