Hi All,

Just got my first iphone, 4 with 8gb. I've also got a 160gb ipod classic for my 90gb music collection.

What I want to do is have certain playlists on my iphone and I think that the way to do that is on the music tab in itunes when you're updating your iphone, but for some reason, that option isn't there for me. It just says something about iphone can access music in icloud. Does this mean I can't put music onto my iphone? Will this cause problems for me if i haven't got a strong wifi signal?

Little confused, and can't find anything about this in the documentation.

Thanks,

Dom

You have itunes match enabled?

All your music and playlists will be available to you, if thats the case, there's no need to pick and choose.

If you want to download all the songs in a playlist via itunes match, go to the playlist on the phone and scroll to the bottom of it and hit the download all button.

Ahh, very clever. Technology left me behind about 5 years ago!!

sorry to bump an old thread, but I'm going through some itunes difficulties.

I recently had to use time machine to get my music back. After sorting this problem out, I am trying to create some playlists.

I purchased the Man of Steel soundtrack and now when my iphone 5 is connected, the Man of Steel soundtrack is not an option to put on my phone? Never had this problem before. Any help?
