Can't sync contacts from iPhone to Outlook

I am not able to sync my Contacts from my iPhone to Outlook 2010 (Windows 7). No problem syncing from Outlook to iPhone. Have tried all suggestions on Apple's website - reset sync, deactivated add-ons in Outlook etc. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a similar problem:

• Calendar

No problem, info updated bi-directionally but

• Contacts

Stuff added to Outlook end up on iThingys but this does not hold true the other way around. Am I just missing a setting?
