Hi all,

I was having some unrelated issues with my iPhone last night and decided to restore the phone from scratch. Since that time, I have found it impossible to get my personal mail set up via Exchange, as I had it before. Previously, as of yesterday, I had my mail, calendar, and contacts all syncing via Exchange, with mail set to "no limit." I had zero issues with this setup. Now, setting my mail to "no limit" gets me about 3/4 of my inbox downloaded followed by the message "Cannot Get Mail: The Connection to the Server Failed." Refreshing gets me the same message.

On a related issue, setting up the account to push only three days worth of emails works fine, but I need them all there. Trying to edit that setting to push any more emails (one week, two week, one month, or no limit) AFTER opening mail for the first time does absolutely nothing. I still only get the three days worth of emails, no matter how many times I quit and reload the app, or restart the phone.

Three iPhone restores and twenty or more tries at deleting the account on my phone and reseting the network settings, I'm about ready to throw in the towel. Please help.

Always include:

Device: iPhone 4
Carrier: At&t
Country / Language: USA/English
OS / Browser / build number (if applicable): iOS 4.0.1
