Can't sync iPad with Pictures

Hi

Organized my iPad I delete all photos on my iPad and now I select the folders that I want to put on the iPad but a mesage appear {The iPad cannot be synced the required file cannot be found} I am shire that I appoint to the folder in Finder and I choose only one and that was synced but when I choose several the message appear again, what I am doing wrong ???

Thanks for help on this matter
