I have a 2015 iMac running Catalina on a dedicated start up SSD disk, something I just did two weeks ago because performance was too slow using the internal hard drive. I installed Catalina as part of that, and so far all is good except for one thing: my iPod classic won't sync using finder. I THINK its because its looking for the music folder on the start up disk rather than finding it in the usual place on the internal drive but I am driving myself crazy trying to figure out how to fix this--I can't figure out a way to point to the right folder. Anyone encountered this problem or has a notion of how to fix? (Technically, I could still boot in Mojave and sync, but I'd really like a more sustainable solution).

Thanks!
