I follow the instructions (connect watch to WiFi or to iPhone via Bluetooth) and I have plenty of capacity, and I try putting my watch either on the charger or on my wrist, and yet I cannot sync playlists from my phone to my watch. It starts and then it just stops.

does anyone have any guidance to share?

First step, reboot both your phone and watch if you haven't already.

Thank you! Did that. But made no difference.
I find the most reliable way is to create a playlist with the songs/albums you want to sync and download the playlist. Then you can make sure everything in the list is actually downloaded to the watch. There seems to be a number of bugs where either I get the endless spinner in the watch app on my iPhone or only a few tracks download.

I have a lot more luck downloading everything directly from the watch rather than use the watch app on the phone.

How would you sync music to the watch without using the watch app on the phone?
Once the playlist is loaded on the watch, you can download with the download button. incoming-92D07C1A-3C5C-46B6-BBEE-04ABB806969B.PNGincoming-9628DD31-A17D-4E49-9C30-C270C5D52DB9.PNG
