iPod touch Can't sync outlook with ITunes 7.7 and Touch 2.0

System - Windows XP SP2
Outlook 2003
Itunes 7.7
Ipod Touch 32GB with 2.0 update

Updated yesterday to Itunes 7.7 and Touch 2.0 Firmware.

When I sync now I get a message that there are conflicts. If I choose "resolve now" I get a crash in AppleSyncUIHandler.exe and the loop repeats. I have reinstalled AMDS from the Itunes 7.7 archive.

All was working fine with Itunes 7.6.

Suggestions?

I had the same issue with Outlook 2007 and I resolved it by deleting my sync history. Go to Edit>preferences>syncing and select "Delete Sync History". I'm the same as you except the Outlook version. You might need to upgrade to 2007 if this doesn't resolve your issue.
