Can't sync photos on iPad

When I am in iTunes, and go to the "Photos" section, to synchronise photos, it shows the iPhoto (or "Photos") library is select, and next to it it says "0 photos", meaning no photos will be synchronised.

I can't select the "Selected albums" option either.

I think that's because this library called "Photos" is not my iPhoto library. I have my iPhoto library on a different drive. But how do I select it from iTunes?
