cant sync ringtone to my iphone

guys i badly need your help..

i have tried every advice i have read on the forum but still i cant sync my ringtone on my iphone4 considering all ringtones i have were just below 30 sec and changed the file name to m4r..i have tried ticking and unticking sync ringtone on preferences, i already tried authorizing my computer to my phone, my Bit-rates greater than 128 to ACC is unticked..

but still all of them did not work..

anymore advice?
