iPad Can't tap 'install now' on iPad OS PB 4

Hi all.

Public beta 4 has downloaded onto my iPad but I cannot tap the 'install now' button as it is greyed out. A message says 'iPad will try to install this update later tonight' but it never does.

If I turn automatic updates off I still cannot tap install now.

I have tried deleting the update and downloading it again.

When I connect my iPad to iTunes it says that iOS is up to date.

How do I install PB4?

It's finally decided to let me tap install now. It seems to have done that when the battery hit 70% but I can't be sure if that was the trigger.
