Can't touch the clock to scroll in safari

Hi all,
Noticed a strange bug on my iphone 5.1 that came out of nowhere.
In safari, once scrolled down into a webpage, usually touching the clock or top of the page would scroll back to the top.
This stopped working...
any ideas? a reset hasnt fixed it..

It happened to me a few times in the past week. A restart cleared the issue for me, not sure why it didn't work for you. Are you jailbroken?

He is running iOS 5.1 so obviously no jailbreak.
I also experienced this issue on my JB iPhone 4S iOS 5.0.1

Close safari then close it out of the multitask bar then relaunch. Usually fixes it.

That fixed it....but it came back an hour later...weird.

This has been happening to me for a week or so, but only on Wikipedia.

It starts on wikipedia always.. thats true.
