Is Apple aware this big issue?

Yesterday I did a fresh installation of El Capitan in my Mac Mini. Excellent performance, however I encountered with a big issue:

-When I plugged my iPhone and my iPad (both with 9.02) and I tried to transfer my purchases from iphone/iPad to iTunes ANY App are tranfered to my Mac.

And that is the issue, I haven't the apps saved locally in my Mac (iTunes), so if I sync my devices (iPhone and iPad) with iTunes they are going to be erased totally. I have made a backup in my Mac of my iPhone and iPad, however if I try to transfer purchased Apps to iTunes (Mac) it's not possible.

I read a lot of people with the same issue, but I don't know if Apple is aware.

-In the other hand, the only incompatibility issue with El Capitan with my peripherical is my HP Deskjet 3325 Printer. I had to add it manually in Printer settings and it's recognised, however when I print a document, a Printer icon appears in the dock, but doesn't print anything... Several people are reporting issues in HP forums with other models.

Sorry for my english
