Can't type on Certain Web pages.

I am running an iMac still on 10.4.11(Tiger) On some web pages I am unable to type things such as facebook. I cannot type in my status bar, on other peoples pages, nothing. It just started happening randomly today.

I have tried other peoples computers and it works just fine! No issues at all. I have looked at my Safari settings & facebook settings. But with no fixes.

I know for some this is no issue, but being military and overseas,I keep up with my family through facebook so it is a big deal for me sometimes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will be upgrading to SL soon so I hope that makes a difference as well.

Not sure why this would happen on FB, but have you tried downloading a different browser - chrome or firefox?

Neither of these worked but OmniWeb works with the 10.4.11 Chrome & Firefox needed 10.5 to run
