Can't uninstall apps from App Store

Is someone experiencing issue, where you can install apps from App Store, but when you want to delete some app, it does not works? Icon will start moving, but X button just not working and I have to use iTunes on Mac. Restore from backup helps untill I restart device.

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, latest iOS 10 beta
