Can't Uninstall iPhoto and Reinstall?!

After a problem with iPhoto, i would like to reinstall it. However, whenever i insert the Application Install Disc which came with my Mac, the option to install it is blanked out (ie. Skipping it). Picture Explaining Below;

It's because you have a newer version of iPhoto already installed on the computer than what's on the DVD. Uninstall what's on the computer and then install from the DVD.
