Can't Uninstall Sunburst.

Does anyone else have this problem, I can't find it in uninstall, is it named something else. And no I do not want to restore my iPod. Also My Ipod is freeing sometimes and I can only click on one app once, because once it gets to the app touching does not work, nothing moves or anything. Can anyone help me with this?

Install openSSH. Navigate into your ipod from there and delete the app manually.
