Can't unmount drive UserEventAgent

I cannot eject my 2TB USB3 seagate drive. Through terminal I found that the Simpsons is still running in UserEventAgent. When I go to activity monitor I quit UEA but the issue still persists. Any ides on how to fix this? Ive already tried the whole restart and plug back in obviously... Thanks
