Hi,

I use my Apple ID for my iPhone, my wife's iPhone and my sons iPhone and have never had any problems untill a couple of weeks ago.

Now when i go on the app store on my sons iPhone to check for updates i get the message "Cannot connect to iTunes store" but it will let me search the store and download new apps.

I can still update mine and my wife's iPhone but not my son's.

If i download a new app on my phone i have it setup to download to my wife's and my son's phones as well and it still downloads to them both so my son's phone is definitely connected to the correct Apple ID.

A Google search says to reset network settings and sign out and back in which i have done but it didn't help.

I have tried stopping the app store app, Turning the phone off and back on and syncing with iTunes but nothing helped.

Has anybody else had this problem?

I am hoping there is a way of fixing it without restoring so any help would be great thanks.
