I'm having the same issue on both. I currently have a ton of apps listed that need updated. Whenever I go to update them, nothing happens. However, the Facebook app always says "Cleaning". I've waited and waited but it never goes away. I eventually have to just restart the device. Is there any way to fix this? I've searched but can't find anything. Thanks.

This article discusses what's happening when an app says it's cleaning. What should happen is that the app will "clean" itself, although it may take quite a while, and then it will return to a normal, usable state.

Waiting for that to finish will then likely allow you to update other apps.
