Cant update/install apps

I can't update my apps or install. Clicking update doesn't do anything(although it prompts me for my App Store password). Same with installing apps. I'm currently on 6.0.2, wanted to stay jailbroken(I need zephyr like more than anything else in my phone haha). So how do i solve this without restoring.
