cant update Ipad 2

trting to update to 4.3.3 and keep getting message that device not eligible for this build. Updated itunes tried on both a windows and mac machine with the same results.....anyone????
 
Can you take screenshots? Did you click update through iTunes so it would download the ipsw itself? Or did you find the ipsw on the Internet somewhere? Because you might have gotten the Wifi/GSM/CDMA version of the build.
