As it says above, my wife tried to update her iPad Mini and iPhone 6s this morning. She did this through iTunes. The update for the iPhone worked fine, but when she tried to do it for the iPad Mini, she got a message that said "You already have the latest version (9.2.1)". Obviously this isn't right, so what's going on? And how to fix it?
