Cant update or purchase iPhoto?!

Ive got iPhoto 9.3.2 yet iPhoto 9.4 is out. I get no message saying there is an update available in Software Update and if I try to update via iPhoto > Check for updates I get a message saying iPhoto 9.3.2 is up to date. If I try to purchase 9.4 it says iPhoto is already installed. What can I do?
 
I had to click on the Apple and choose Software Update there after upgrading to Mountain Lion. The iPhoto upgrade was rolled into some other updates.
 
iPhoto 9.4 is only compatible with OS X 10.8.2, make sure your OS is up to date.
