Can't update OS6--"Insufficient storage space"

I'm happily using OS6 beta. Trying to upgrade to beta 7, but when i do, my watch says it needs 990 mb of storage space. Not sure how to deal with this. It has "heavy rotation" music checked, but i can't change the slider!

I would think you could unpair your watch so that all is backed up to your phone and then reset your watch to factory. Then do your update and repair to your watch.
