As i said in the title i can't update or restore the new ipod touch 4th gen of my brother. It's running on 4.3.1 and i want to update it to 4.3.3. This iPod was never jailbroken, but on my mac i jailbroke my iphone and updated my friends's 2nde gen jailbroken iPod touch (by mistake and it just worked).
When i try to update or restore it gives me this message after few seconds :
"The iPod "XXX" could not be be updated. This device isn't eligible for the request build."
I actually want to updated to 4.3.3 to jailbreak it !
