can't update to 10.6.5

Hi i downloaded the 10.6.5 update but after downloading it can't be installed.. and i tried downloading it again but it started from 0% again.. my question is where can i find the unsuccessful software update package.. i want to delete it.. it is not it in Library-->Updates..
