Hi there,

So far, I only know how to JB any 3G/3GS iphones ... I just got an iPad 2 w/ iOS 4.3.5 last week. After searching for the JB solution, I haven't found one yet. Especially, Apple stops signing for iOS 5.0.1. I heard that absinthe is going to release the JB solution for iOS 5.1.1 soon ...

In the meantime, I've tried to upgrade the iOS 4.3.5 to 5.01 or 5.1 through IPSW but I got the error 3194. At this time, should I upgrade to 5.1.1 and wait for the JB solution? Or should I leave my iOS 4.3.5 untouched?

There will be a jailbreak for 5.1.1 in under a week, it's your call whether you upgrade or not.

You can only update to the latest Apple is signing, so that would be 5.1.1.

Now that the jailbreak for it is out, update it and find Absinthe 2.0.
