Can't upgrade to 3.0 Beta/GM

despite having the beta profile installed (and iOS 10) my watch constantly says "watchOs 2.2.2 - your software is up to date"

Amy suggestions?

Have restarted both devices and deleted and reinstalled the profile.

Covered at least a 1000 times. You MUST have a developer account to instal the wOS beta.
