Can't use Switch Pro Controller on macOS Sonoma ?

I buy a new iMac M3 last month, and when I want to play games, I can't use the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller on Bluetooth mode.
Xbox controller works very fine, but Switch controller is not usable. It feels very laggy, terrible input lag , I don't know how to describe this.
Everything is paired correctly, recognized by MacOS , but however when I play I can have something like 3 seconds lag.
Anyone has this problem ? Any fix ?
