Can't use the Dock and Menu bar dark with the light theme anymore?

The trick is to enter the following terminal code with the Dark Mode enabled
defaults write -g NSRequiresAquaSystemAppearance -bool Yes
Logout after and it stays 90% of how it was before Mojave
defaults write -g NSRequiresAquaSystemAppearance -bool No
To go back to default
I hate this Dark Mode but I loved my Wallpaper with the regular light UI and a dark menu bar and dock, we should all feedback this to Apple.
