I'm experiencing problems when watching videos on apple site. I have sound but no image, when watching trailers and tutorial videos(on apple.com) and etc. What could be wrong?

Some more detail may help clear this up.

What video exactly? A link to it would be useful.

Most, if not all, should be in Quicktime (.mov) or MPEG.

Have you added any media players recently? If so, one of them may have taken over web content by default.

No,no media players have been installed. I mean the apple trailers and apple tutorial videos are not working. I have the sound but the picture is missing.
