Can't watch Battlestar Galactica avi!

There's this Quicktime TV backup avi file thingy I'm trying to watch. It keeps saying theres something missing. I get great picture, but no sound!

I'm on my wife's nice big flatscreen G5 with the latest Quicktime.... what am I missing?

It's very sad.
