hey, im new to this forum and i have one question for you guys. every time i try to go to a certain web site and watch a video it NEVER works! i have updated my safari and i have updated my quick time player and it still doesn't work. so i was wondering if any one here could help. the reason i know it is the computer is because it works on other computers in my house

Depending on the format of the video you are trying to watch, you may need to install and/or update the Windows Media Components for Quicktime.
Download and install from this website: http://dynamic.telestream.net/downloads/download-flip4macwmv.htm
More information regarding the site and/or video format would also help.

Good all-around advice, although it probably won't help for web video. Hopefully the plugin updates will, though.
heres the main problem
ok i installed the first link and it still didn't work and i tried installing the FLIP 4 MAC link and for some reason that link never works. i have tried installing flip 4 mac before and it just sends me right to this page where it says the page could not be found. so ya i think thats what i mainly need help on

What mac is this and what version of OSX are you running? What websites are you trying? Give us an example of what dosen't work.
Are you sure you followed the first link? Did you try this with Firefox?

Are you running adblock plus? Adblock messes up a lot of web videos, especially nfl.com videos, for me. If you are running it, shut it off when you are visiting the video site, don't just set it to allow.
