cant write/deleat on FAT 12..?

i cant write or delet anything on my flash memory card..
its FORMAT to MS-DOS FAT 12

i went to disk utilty look up the info and says it writable
if i plug it to my windows pc i dont get this problem i can just do everything fine..

i tried many things but no luck.
lockpop..dont work cant uncheck the folder box
that config sudo in the terminal ..dont work..

iREPAIR dont work..i

i can read whats inside the file whice are lock and i can unlock them but not the folder whice contains the files inside..

how can fix this so its just like my PC..
im stumped
