iPad Cap locks always on

A very close friend just piurchased a new iPad Pro. Any time she has to enter any text it automatically goes to cap locks. She has done the general thing in settings to turn caps on and off but no help and she is frustrated because she uses texting and the like a lot. Any help appreciated.

I'VE NEVER COME ACROSS THAT.

Anyway ... it's under accessibility. There's a toggle for showing lower-case keys that your friend must have toggled by mistake.
