iPhone 11 Capitalized

Has anyone else noticed that when using voice text it always capitalizes the word OK and there is no way to fix that? Not a big deal but it does bug me like crazy!

It is capitalized because it is supposed to be in formal writing. You are annoyed because you were either taught wrong in school, and or have gotten so use to seeing it not capitalized, that seeing it suggested correctly triggers a notion of error when when there isn’t any.

You could try going to Settings>General>Keyboards>Text Replacement, and replace “OK” with “ok” (if that’s what you prefer). Not positive that will work, but it’s worth a shot.
