Whats up with this? I got my new MacBook Pro 2016 13inch with touchbar. When I click the caps lock 'quickly' like I hit all the other keys - 100% of the time the caps lock button does not register unless I press deep on it.

Anyone else got the same issues??

It is so by design... It is a way to prevent accidental pressing (close to tab and shift). Your keyboard is ok :)

Yep, not an issue. It's by design to prevent accidental caps lock engagement. It's not a deep press, but a slightly longer press.
Apple keyboards have been like this for some time.

Thanks for letting me know! :).

It's kind of a lame feature imo, because I can type fast but this keyboard because of the caps lock delay slows me down :(.

Is there anyway to dissable this? - so that it is like all other keys?

Not to my knowledge. At least nothing in the user-facing GUI. Perhaps there's a file that can be edited in the Terminal somewhere, but nothing I know of off hand.
