Caption Crunch (Carrier String) on 3.0 GM

Has anyone had any success? I've attempted to change my carrier but the app seems to do nothing and does not reload Springboard.

I just did this on my stock iPhone 4

Caption Crunch was great. I used to it change the carrier string to my initials.

The method above only works from Windows PCs, not Mac.
