I picked up a copy of this. It seems to work a little more seamlessly then others.
I really wish Napkin had screen capture ability, I'd buy that app in a heartbeat but for my simple needs, using two methods to screen grab and then annotate seems less efficient then using a single app to do both.

No mention whether it records audio or not.... Quicktime does not record audio as Apple Geek Developers did not think any one would want to record the audio with the video.
