Capture Audio and Auto e-mail

So I record the Stern show every morning using the line-in on my laptop. I record it with Audio HiJack and was wondering if I can do the following:
Record the show and have it make a new file every 20 minutes (I know this is possible) and THEN have that file automatically send via e-mail. I assume it has to be done with Scripts but I do not how. Can anyone help?

Audio hijack can record it for you with those 20 minute gaps but I've no idea on the scripting. It's not freeware however. I think at least one poster here (zimv20)is a software engineer. You might ask about auto emailing files in the programming section.
