Capture Audio from streaming radio

I was thinking about signing up for the live365.com radio website and wanted to record some audio

What is the best free/pay audio capture program for the Mac please ?

Can it record to mp3 and maybe even strip some of the talking out of the stream.

have you tried 'audio hijack pro'? you can record up to ten minutes' worth of *anything* before noise kicks in, suggesting that you pay more for no noise...
