Hey guys, I got my MacBook Pro finally and I've been thinking about investing in a capture card to record gameplay from my Xbox. I've heard alot of mixed reviews on the Pinnacle for Mac, and it's also pretty expensive. So, is there a good device that can capture gameplay off of an Xbox while not forcing me to play on a computer screen?

I really wish I had that, but the price is a bit steep. I'm not looking for HD, but I don't want to waste $20 on a crapture card either :x is there any feedback on this?

I'm worried though if the Xbox will allow me to play on my TV and record on the computer at the same time.

I ordered a hava platinum hd to try and accomlish this. I had to go hd because i play on a hd tv but it only records sd. Windows only software so im going to give it a go through a virtual machine. Send me a pm to remind me and ill report back on how easy it is because i seen much about how it works on mac.

If you dont play on a hdtv just get a dazzle.
